At 1R Automotive, we strive to provide high-quality automotive (bike) parts and services. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Refunds will only be provided if the product received is completely damaged, not working, or if items are missing from the order. The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories intact.

Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided on tyres under any circumstances.
Products that have been used, installed, or damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for refund.
Items without original packaging or proof of purchase will not be accepted.

Return Request
You must raise a return or refund request within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests must include order details along with clear photos or videos as proof of damage, defect, or missing items.

Return Process
Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the return process. In certain cases, we may arrange a pickup. If the return is due to our mistake (damaged, defective, or missing items), we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refund Policy
Refunds will only be processed after the returned item is received and inspected by our team. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund Timeline
Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days after approval. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Replacement Policy
If applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund based on product availability.

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.

Important Note
1R Automotive reserves the right to reject any refund request that does not meet the above conditions.
